Resolved Question: court procedures for publix intoxication?

A friend of mine in early in may got arrested for public intoxication. He went to court on mon june 16th. He was told to come back on june 30th with $75 in cash, and then Dec 9th. He asked what the deal was about Dec 9th and the person who he talked with could not give a definite answer. He will be in a different state in Dec. What would he expect on June 30th, besides the $75 payment and if he was in town in Dec what would he expect? * 16 hours ago * - 3 days left to answer.
